Belmont | Basement
My client’s basement had reached a point of maximum capacity after living in her home for many years. It was hard to even walk from one end to the other, and no one knew where things were stored anymore. After some serious purging, we rearranged the space and created zones that made the most sense for my client and her family of five. I labeled all shelves and storage containers so that everything was easy to find and (just as importantly) put back!

“I have to share this for families far and wide because we have had such a fabulous few days working with Slimm Design. Our unfinished basement was piled high with odds and ends like you wouldn’t believe, and Sylvia completely transformed it in just a few short hours. She walked us through the process of deciding what to keep, sell, or donate so that it didn't feel overwhelming. And did so in a way that honored memories attached to certain items, which really helped me feel ready to part with them. She suited up, unafraid to get her hands dirty (boy, was our basement DIRTY!) and dare I even mention the labeling?! Nothing short of impeccable.”
